The remaining four transfers were recorded at nominal consideration, including a trust transfer at 336 Green St. and a transfer at 4 Dodge Rd. sharing the Rosa surname on both sides. Limited liability companies appeared as buyers or sellers in several transactions. The data does not point to a clear price trend in either direction for the month.
