Brockton deed filings show modest sale prices, heavy trust and LLC activity in late July, August
Plymouth County deed records show 12 Brockton property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, with eight disclosed sale prices ranging from $400 to $990 and a median of $687; four deeds listed no price. The period's highest disclosed sale was 15 Exchange St at $990, sold by Frank Monteiro to Saraphina and Samuel J. Denis. Six of the 12 transfers involved an LLC as buyer or seller, and at least three show matching family names or trust designations on both sides of the deed. No square footage, bedroom or bathroom data was available, and the dataset is too limited to characterize the market as favoring buyers or sellers.
