Brockton home sales span $550,000 gap between low and high prices in August
Brockton recorded 12 property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, per Plymouth County Registry of Deeds filings. Eight of the 12 listed a sale price, ranging from $410,000 to $960,000, with a median of $715,000. The period's top sale was 10 Sheridan St. at $960,000, sold by Centre Sheridan Realty Trust to Ana G. and Ashley P. Depina. Four transfers, one-third of the total, involved a grantor and grantee sharing a surname or a trust transferring to its own beneficiary, and none of those four disclosed a price. No street had more than one recorded sale.
