Brockton records dozen deeds in late-July filing surge, entity and trust transfers among them
Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 12 Brockton property transfers between July 24 and July 27, 2026. Eight of the 12 disclosed a sale price, ranging from $340 at 229 Perkins Ave. to $840 at 57 Dover St., with a median of $592. The remaining four transactions, including a trust transfer at 150 Ardsley Circle and a family transfer at 12 Elmside Road, did not disclose a price. No street recorded more than one sale. Two transactions involved an LLC as buyer or seller. With no historical or comparative data available, the deed record shows scattered, small-volume activity rather than a clear market direction.
