BROCKTON — June 10, 2026 — Brockton School Committee votes 7-0 to enter executive session on litigation and a personnel matter. The special meeting, held June 10 at the George M. Broomlow Theater at Brockton High School, lasted under ten minutes in public view before Chair Moses M. Rodriguez led the committee into closed session under two separate exemptions of Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A: Section 21(3), covering litigation strategy where open deliberation could harm the district's legal position, and Section 21(1), covering the reputation, character, discipline, or dismissal of a public employee or officer.
