Brockton July Home Sales Span $205 To $750, Nearly Half With No Price Disclosed

Plymouth County recorded 14 Brockton property deeds between July 10 and Aug. 8. Nine disclosed sale prices, ranging from $205 to $750 with a median of $544; the other five, over a third of the period's total, did not include a price, and four of those involved transfers between family members or into a trust. The top recorded sale was 39 Sewell St. at $750, from Steve H. Britton Sr. and Janelle Britton to Christopher I. Panetta and Brenna J. Mumford. No street had more than one sale, and property details such as square footage were not available in the deed data.
