Brockton records nine property transfers in September, led by $960 Harvard Street sale
The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded nine Brockton property transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3. Six carried a recorded sale price, ranging from $325 to $960, with a median of $507; three deeds, for properties on Circle Drive, Rainbow Circle and Crane Road, show price not yet available. The top recorded sale was a Harvard Street property at $960. Three transfers followed trust, estate or power-of-attorney patterns rather than open-market sales. No street saw more than one transfer, and deed records included no bed, bath or square-footage data for comparison.
