Brockton Records 11 Property Sales in Late Summer Deed Filings
The Plymouth County Registry of Deeds recorded 11 Brockton property sales on Aug. 28, with prices ranging from $355 to $760 and a median of $510. The top sale was 111 Riverview St. at $760, sold by John N. Cannavo, Special Master, to David Simbayna Loja. Two sales involved LLC buyers or sellers, and one involved a trustee transfer, but no street saw more than one sale. Bed, bath and square-footage figures were not available in the deed records. Based on the data alone, sales were fairly evenly distributed across price tiers, with four sales under $500 and four at $600 or above.
