Brockton Records 11 Property Transfers as Most Sale Prices Await Registry Data

Brockton recorded 11 property transfers from Aug. 21 to Sept. 19, though a sale price had posted for only five as of this report: a range of $300 to $493 with a median of $425. Price data for the other six deeds had not yet reached the registry. The period's priciest recorded sale was 84 Emmet St. at $493, followed by 145 Bates Rd. at $490. Two Belmont Street deeds involved related entities, and three other transfers moved property within the same family into trust rather than to a new outside owner. With most prices still pending, the data doesn't yet support a broader read on market conditions.
